if your adopt sheet is closed (meaning all adoptables on the sheet sold) please put "CLOSED" or "ALL SOLD" in the title.


If it is not write "OPEN" If adopt is open, available to buying/adopting . ( OTA - Open to adopt ) is also accepted.




You can also :

Write in the title Owned, Taken, Sold instead of Closed- so admins can be certain the adoptable is not available.

Other option is to remove the adoptable sheet from the group.

Why

Because as written above its easier to sort the adoptables and admins(& I)dont have to search from your adoptable description or from comments if you have sold the adoptable or if its available.

We want our group to be easy to navigate and more buyer friendly - so ppl wanting to adopt dont have to figure out if adoptables are sold or not .

We would like to have closed adoptable sheets in folder titled "closed Taken sold" only.
